New features, more control and reviews: What else has booqme brought?

In the previous article, we introduced practical features such as video tutorials, new charts, and booking approvals. Now we continue with more updates that will help you build a stronger brand, gain more reviews, and have greater control over who can book an appointment.

Get more Google reviews and rank higher in search

After a visit, your client receives an automatic thank-you email with the option to rate you on Google. The more positive reviews you collect, the better ranking you can achieve in search results, and the easier it will be for new customers to find you.

White list and Black list

We have added White list and Black list features that give you more control over bookings. You can define groups of customers who can or cannot book an appointment. Customers can be segmented by labels and then assigned to these lists. The system recognizes customers by email and phone number, but it cannot be fully guaranteed that a customer won’t manage to book in another way.

Custom email style

Stand out! You can now customize the look of your automated emails – colors, logo, and formatting according to your brand. Your communication will look professional from the very first booking.
